### Ready to drastically shorten the first mile of tax preparation?

Next Gen Gather AI takes care of multiple time-consuming and heavy-lift tasks, for both clients and firms.

- Document request lists
- Collection, organization, and categorization of important materials
- E-Signatures
- Questionnaires
- Reminders and updates to keep things on track

Gather AI does all of that, in one place, without the need for a traditional organizer to be uploaded.

### Next Gen Gather AI significantly reduces manual effort, saving you time and money, *and* saving your clients frustration and uncertainty.

You can bulk generate document request lists in mere seconds, a secure and efficient alternative to back-and-forth emails with clients. Have materials automatically identified and sorted for you, bypassing cumbersome organizers. Get real-time visibility into client completion status, including notifications when your clients upload source documents, keeping things on track.

### Next Gen Gather AI is so intuitive that it recognizes what type of document a file is even if it has a generic name. So when your client uploads a 1040 labeled "Document 1", Gather AI will automatically categorize it as a 1040 *and* re-label it.

The front end of the tax process just changed forever. Leave the inefficiency and hassle behind and deliver unrivaled client experience with Next Gen Gather AI.

SafeSend supports CCH Axcess™ and ProSystem® fx, Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS® and GoSystem® Tax RS, and Intuit Lacerte®.
